1. Product warranty
The products and equipment provided by Dai Hoang Nam are free for warranty during the valid warranty period. Customers only have to pay if there is any damage caused by their mistakes in the use.
2. Maintenance
Customers can sign a contract of equipment maintenance with Dai Hoang Nam with the following specification: the number of maintenance times in a year, consulting on system upgrading, fixing errors of equipment, etc. Depending on the practical demand of customers, Dai Hoang Nam will offer the best product maintenance solutions.
3. Time of warranty
All projects and equipment are warranted from the date when the Minutes of acceptance and handover between Dai Hoang Nam and customers is available until the end of the warranty period as of 12 months, 18 months, or 24 months depending on the agreement between both parties before taking responsibility for warranty.
4. Form of warranty and maintenance
Dai Hoang Nam is capable of consulting remotely or directly handling at the construction site for problems related to construction and installation, troubleshooting problems arose, instructing for using or operating the product in a proper and effective way.
